In a great collaboration with the Ziebuhr Lab and the Wolf Lab, we have developed a Direct-to-Biology (D2B) pipeline for the discovery of potent S. aureus TrmD inhibitors.
Check out the recent publication in Journal of Medicinal Chemistry: Nanoscale Direct-to-Biology Optimization and Structural Insights into Selective S. aureus TrmD Inhibitors
We are thrilled to announce a publication hat-trick from the group! Three of our latest studies have just been published in iScience, RSC MedChem, and Communications Chemistry. We warmly thank all team members and collaboration partners whose dedication made this achievements possible.

Ariane and Annabelle represented our research group at the DPhG annual PhD/PostDoc meeting in Marburg, presenting our latest research findings. To complete the trip, they both won the awards for the best presentation and the mentoring prize. Kudos to their dedication and expertise!

Congratulations! Ariane Frey wins the Best Poster Award at the DPhG annual meeting 2023 in Tübingen.

Check out our latest paper in RSC Chemical Science. Using non-covalent nucleic acid dyes, we developed an RNA-MST-based protocol for the study of RNA ligands and modifications.
